Appointments:
Appointments are strongly recommended, especially on Saturdays as we do get exceptionally busy. You are more then welcome to visit us in store and see our collection but if we are fully booked with appointments then unfortunatley you will not be able to try on any gowns, but we would be able to advise you on a time when you could come back.

Appointments can last up to an hour and one of our helpfull members of staff will assist you in getting in and out of our gowns.
Purchasing A Gown From Stock:
When you find your dream gown you can take it away with you the same day, or if you would like us to Store & Insure the gown we can do so for an extra £15, including presentation of your gown ready for collection, and either a pink or lilac full length gown bag to store your gown in.
Ordering A Gown:
Gowns take 3-4 months to order, unless the designers have the gown in stock which means we can receive it with in two weeks. A 50% deposit is needed when placing your order, and the balance is due with in one week of the gown arriving in store, when we will invite you to come in and try your gown on. You are welcome to take your gown with you after you have tried it, or if you would like to store it with us, as described above, we can do that for an extra £15.
The Perfect Fit:
Our collection of prom gowns are not made to measure.
If any alterations are needed, for example the hem needs raising or it needs taking in on the bodice to give you the perfect fit, we have an independant dressmaker who visits us in store every Tuesday and Thursday morning, and one Saturday a month. Alteration prices are not included in the price of the gown, and prices start at £30. Your first fitting usually takes place 6 - 8 weeks before the prom, with your final fitting being two weeks before.
Collection Of The Gown:
We need at least two days notice to collect your gown from storage so we can spot clean and press the gown ready for your prom.
